IL PENDOLO
At the edges of the Roman centuriation is an old inn with thick
walls, softened in their worn, warm plaster, marked by time.
Vegetation, planted as a gift, lets corners and fragrant herbs
appear.
Movements of small animals can be seen all around. As wandering
guests, they receive attention and gestures of love.
Upon entering, fragments of frescoes evoke a never fully revealed
past. In a large fireplace embers, buried by ash, invite you to
taste a rich and full tradition.
The four seasons redefine space and time in the kitchen. The
succession of flavors and colors lead to distant places.
